Becky's Place is a classic "Old Tahoe" home with all the comforts of today. With 4 bedrooms, two living areas and two kitchens, this house offers enough space for a crowd. Warm pine paneled walls, the original native stone fireplace and situated on a large lot walking distance to the lake, its no surprise this house has its own following. A truly well supplied kitchen with professional grade cookware, refrigerator with ice maker, and all the small appliances makes even the most elaborate holiday meal less daunting. Leather couches, Pendleton covered Hickory chairs, local guide books and sepia tone prints of Tahoe's early days invite you to relax. Fun themed rooms offer accommodations worth talking about. There is a home office area with wireless high speed internet, fax machine/copier and free nationwide long distance to keep you connected. Outside you will find a large sunny deck with gas grill, patio furniture and a view of the lawn below. The backyard invites you to the bocce court for a fun evening game. There is also an outdoor hot tub, brick smoker for fresh caught lake trout, a hammock under the pines, and a charming rock patio with firepit. Just blocks from the house are two country markets with deli and movie rentals, a bike shop, marina with boat, jet ski and kayak rentals, local's favorite, Fire Sign Café, world famous Sunnyside Bar & Restaurant and the private Tahoe Park Beach. Access to this gated beach area grants you 3 acres of lake frontage with 2 piers, restrooms, playground, large lawns, lakeside bbq pits and picnic tables, volleyball and basketball court, horseshoe pits and more. Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas are all minutes away too.

Also within walking distance are the West Shore bike path, renowned Sunnyside Resort (bar, restaurant and marina), a bike shop, two country markets, and locals favorite Fire Sign Café.
